Earnings beats, raised guidance
Query: US large-cap stocks that reported earnings in the last two weeks with an EPS beat and raised guidance, sorted by forward P/E · data as of 2026-10-28
Built a beat-and-raise screen: 28 US stocks above $10B market cap that reported in the last 14 sessions, beat consensus EPS, and raised or guided above consensus (guidance verified qualitatively since no structured guidance field exists), ranked by forward P/E ascending with EPS surprise, growth, valuation, returns, trend distance and momentum context.
Large-cap stocks that beat consensus EPS in the last 14 days and raised forward guidance, ranked by forward P/E from cheapest to richest.
How this screen was built
Universe: US-listed stocks with market cap above $10B that reported within the last 14 sessions (0–14 sessions since the report's effective trading date).
Beat filter: positive EPS surprise versus consensus for that latest quarter — the directly available, objective earnings-beat field.
Guidance filter: dedicated forward-guidance fields (raised / above-consensus guidance) do not exist as structured data, so guidance was verified from earnings-period disclosures and coverage for each name. Only companies whose management explicitly raised full-year or forward guidance and/or guided above consensus are included. Excluded: names that beat only on one-time items or kept guidance unchanged/reaffirmed (most regional banks, banks whose beats came from reserve releases, telecoms that only reaffirmed, a few insurers), and names that cut guidance despite an EPS beat (e.g. Deckers' sales-outlook cut, Netflix's downbeat advertising/revenue outlook).
Sort: lowest forward P/E first. Cheapness in this list clusters in telecoms, consumer-credit lenders and cyclicals — names where a beat has not yet been paid for in valuation but where the market is discounting structural or cycle risk. The trend columns (% from 150D SMA, momentum score) separate beats that are being rewarded from beats that are being sold.

| CMCSA | Comcast Corporation | Communication Services | Telecom Services | 76.5952 | Oct 22 | 6 | 0.99 → 1.07 | 8.45% | -0.02% | 23.51% | 5.95 | 6.91 | 21.57 | 1.41% | -7.46% | -17.03% | -11.10% | -33.59% | 15.2 | Beat was carried by media/theme parks offsetting connectivity weakness; guidance raise leans on cost discipline and broadband bundling rather than top-line acceleration. Watch whether the spin-out of the struggling consumer-products arm becomes a value-unlock catalyst. |
| ALLY | Ally Financial Inc. | Financials | Credit Services | 11.8029 | Oct 20 | 8 | 1.33 → 1.34 | 0.60% | -3.26% | 27.54% | 6.04 | 9.13 | 38.8 | 2.62% | -10.14% | -10.21% | -7.97% | -17.88% | 31.6 | Auto-loan originations growing again, but the beat leans on a benign credit backdrop — a used-vehicle price rollover or rise in delinquencies would cut both earnings and the guidance underpinning. Deep discount reflects investor doubt about the cycle, not about the quarter. |
| AA | Alcoa Corporation | Materials | Aluminum | 10.6118 | Oct 16 | 12 | 1.51 → 1.82 | 20.19% | 7.87% | 1828.33% | 6.93 | 8.36 | 40.21 | -3.95% | -10.18% | -35.23% | -26.77% | -52.01% | 29.7 | Outsized beat driven by alumina/aluminum pricing and cost-curve positioning; the guidance lift is a commodity-price bet, so the stock's low multiple is a levered play on metal prices rather than on operational improvement. Tariff and power-cost swings are the swing factors. |
| SYF | Synchrony Financial | Financials | Credit Services | 24.5199 | Oct 20 | 8 | 2.40 → 2.68 | 11.44% | — | 1.51% | 7.17 | 7.73 | 75.36 | 5.08% | -1.92% | 1.16% | 1.65% | -14.82% | 60.3 | Consumer-credit bellwether: beat reflects resilient card spending plus reserve discipline. The raised outlook assumes no deterioration in the lower-income consumer, making the name a high-beta read on private-label credit health. |
| T | AT&T Inc. | Communication Services | Telecom Services | 139.445 | Oct 21 | 7 | 0.60 → 0.65 | 7.75% | 2.71% | 90.86% | 8.07 | 6.83 | 20.7 | -14.49% | -9.81% | -17.61% | -13.60% | -28.87% | 14.3 | Guidance lift and EPS beat were overwhelmed by concerns on subscriber/pricing trajectory — the selloff shows the market is now pricing structural broadband competition over near-term cash flow. Dividend and fiber buildout remain the anchors. |
| VZ | Verizon Communications Inc. | Communication Services | Telecom Services | 178.9811 | Oct 26 | 2 | 1.27 → 1.31 | 2.80% | 2.52% | -1.90% | 8.18 | 11.24 | 43.18 | -4.63% | -4.90% | -4.32% | -5.45% | -16.07% | 42.3 | Raised forecast alongside a large AI-infrastructure deal with AWS — a narrative shift from defensive telecom to edge-computing landlord. Fibre/spectrum economics still cap upside, but the AI-adjacent wins give the multiple a new leg. |
| COF | Capital One Financial Corporati | Financials | Credit Services | 125.6908 | Oct 21 | 7 | 5.50 → 6.69 | 21.58% | 36.62% | -48.36% | 8.52 | 11.28 | 204.88 | 4.29% | -2.16% | 8.20% | 2.77% | -20.57% | 78.5 | Huge beat helped by Discover integration and one-off items, so quality-of-earnings scrutiny is warranted; the raised guidance is the more important signal that card spend and credit remain constructive. Integration execution is the swing risk. |
| RCI | Rogers Communication, Inc. | Communication Services | Telecom Services | 19.594 | Oct 23 | 5 | 1.24 → 1.29 | 4.45% | 3.22% | 298.27% | 8.94 | 3.81 | 31.3 | 1.39% | -7.26% | -12.00% | -9.29% | -23.60% | 23.4 | Wireless and cable momentum supported the raise, though competitive intensity in Canadian telecom and leverage keep the multiple depressed relative to US peers. Leverage reduction is the main re-rating lever. |
| DECK | Deckers Outdoor Corporation | Consumer Discretionary | Footwear & Accessories | 10.9953 | Oct 23 | 5 | 1.79 → 2.31 | 28.71% | 9.76% | 6.00% | 9.65 | 11.49 | 80.74 | 3.94% | -19.01% | -20.33% | -16.31% | -33.24% | 53.9 | Strong beat reflects earlier full-price selling, but the sales-outlook cut shows discounting pressure is arriving — a beat-and-lower-guide pattern that historically marks a deceleration phase for the HOKA franchise. |
| PYPL | PayPal Holdings, Inc. | Financials | Credit Services | 47.3323 | Oct 27 | 1 | 1.31 → 1.45 | 10.70% | 4.32% | 26.19% | 9.76 | 10.69 | 56.55 | 4.94% | -1.67% | 11.65% | 11.36% | -22.56% | 69.6 | Beat and raised outlook reflect branded-checkout traction and cost control, and the AI-commerce narrative is beginning to be priced in. The debate is whether competitive pressure from Apple Pay/stablecoin rails erodes the take rate over time. |
| SCHW | Charles Schwab Corporation (The | Financials | Capital Markets | 153.4958 | Oct 15 | 13 | 1.66 → 1.69 | 2.09% | 22.01% | 48.97% | 11.37 | 16.17 | 88.76 | -10.43% | -14.68% | -2.00% | -8.85% | -21.90% | 69.5 | Earnings beat with guidance supported by strong net interest and record client assets, but the shares were hit by rate-cut sensitivity and cash-sorting dynamics. The discount reflects sweep-deposit economics rather than franchise quality. |
| UPS | United Parcel Service, Inc. | Industrials | Integrated Freight & Logistics | 89.8596 | Oct 27 | 1 | 1.62 → 1.69 | 4.04% | -2.65% | -3.63% | 13.07 | 19.63 | 105.62 | 12.45% | 1.93% | 2.35% | 3.73% | -11.98% | 31.1 | Second guidance raise of the year as volumes stabilize and cost cuts bite; the data-center revenue opportunity flagged by management is the emerging optionality. Holiday peak execution and fuel costs are the near-term swing factors. |
| MS | Morgan Stanley | Financials | Capital Markets | 297.5535 | Oct 14 | 14 | 2.92 → 3.03 | 3.91% | — | 25.84% | 13.94 | 15.36 | 190.13 | -1.36% | -8.99% | 2.74% | -5.31% | -16.81% | 34.7 | Beat driven by equities trading strength; wealth-management flows keep the franchise levered to capital-markets activity rather than rates. Valuation is mid-pack versus peers, so the case depends on sustaining the trading windfall. |
| FDX | FedEx Corporation | Industrials | Integrated Freight & Logistics | 72.0851 | Oct 28 | 0 | — | — | 7.73% | 8.33% | 14.61 | 16.42 | 304.58 | 5.95% | -0.90% | -1.98% | -1.54% | -10.25% | 60.8 | Beat-and-raise in its first report under the new fiscal calendar, but margin compression from hiring and a soft holiday-quarter outlook kept the reaction muted. Cost-out program and freight-yield recovery are the swing factors. |
| RCL | Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. | Consumer Discretionary | Travel Services | 79.7865 | Oct 27 | 1 | 6.38 → 6.57 | 3.02% | 8.80% | 48.17% | 14.71 | 18.41 | 298.3 | 14.44% | -6.79% | 18.75% | 6.64% | -14.29% | 69.3 | Guidance was strong on pricing power and onboard spend despite fuel-cost pressure; the beat confirms cruise demand is holding at high fares. Consumer-travel sensitivity and fuel are the key risks given the premium multiple. |
| FCX | Freeport-McMoRan, Inc. | Materials | Copper | 95.6388 | Oct 27 | 1 | 0.83 → 0.88 | 5.94% | 1.81% | -5.61% | 16.15 | 32.65 | 66.6 | -5.72% | 5.21% | 17.52% | 0.63% | -16.66% | 86.5 | Copper-price leverage plus Grasberg operational recovery underpin the beat; guidance is effectively a bet on copper staying elevated while US tariff dynamics reshape physical flows. High momentum score but a cyclical earnings base. |
| NFLX | Netflix, Inc. | Communication Services | Entertainment | 258.1226 | Oct 21 | 7 | 0.82 → 0.87 | 5.75% | 15.85% | 26.05% | 16.21 | 19.49 | 61.99 | -11.82% | -15.28% | -32.71% | -22.57% | -46.44% | 62.2 | Revenue beat but the downbeat ad/revenue outlook overshadowed it — this is a beat with weakening forward commentary, so it sits on the edge of the raise filter. Content-slate recovery is the swing catalyst; engagement trends are the risk. |
| HAS | Hasbro, Inc. | Consumer Discretionary | Leisure | 16.7392 | Oct 20 | 8 | 1.85 → 2.90 | 56.61% | 13.06% | -180.68% | 18.19 | 21.12 | 118.68 | 34.47% | 26.49% | 28.22% | 30.95% | 0.00% | 76.8 | Outsized beat and raised outlook on Magic: The Gathering digital strength — a turnaround driven by owned IP and licensing rather than a broad toy recovery. The big run already discounts a lot of the earnings revision cycle. |
| NEE | NextEra Energy, Inc. | Utilities | Utilities - Regulated Electric | 169.9237 | Oct 21 | 7 | 1.19 → 1.24 | 4.15% | 9.79% | -1.60% | 18.35 | 18.21 | 81.02 | 6.76% | -7.17% | -12.68% | -5.52% | -17.23% | 31.1 | Steady beat with reaffirmed-to-raised long-term growth outlook; the story is power demand from data centers and renewables backlog rather than the quarter. Rate sensitivity caps the multiple despite the secular demand tailwind. |
| IBM | International Business Machines | Information Technology | Information Technology Services | 239.3235 | Oct 22 | 6 | 2.87 → 2.95 | 2.71% | 7.62% | 75.88% | 19.24 | 22.49 | 253.22 | 15.11% | 15.02% | 13.13% | 4.73% | -23.09% | 42.9 | Delayed infrastructure deals closed and management raised the software revenue outlook — the AI-services narrative is slowly being validated. Persistent organic growth concerns keep a discount to software peers. |
| LMT | Lockheed Martin Corporation | Industrials | Aerospace & Defense | 145.4752 | Oct 22 | 6 | 7.52 → 7.97 | 6.01% | 5.64% | -5.98% | 19.25 | 23.2 | 629.75 | 22.95% | 10.37% | 25.10% | 15.89% | -6.94% | 66.4 | F-35 order momentum (multi-year Pentagon deal) plus a missile-defense backlog underpin the raise; the stock has re-rated sharply as defense budgets and munitions restocking extend visibility well beyond the current guidance. |
| SOFI | SoFi Technologies, Inc. | Financials | Credit Services | 22.224 | Oct 27 | 1 | 0.17 → 0.18 | 7.45% | 23.10% | -3.48% | 20.88 | 34.98 | 17.14 | 7.73% | 4.07% | 10.40% | 1.01% | -46.79% | 23.1 | Beat-and-raise on lending strength and member growth, but the valuation prices years of compounding — the stock remains a high-beta bet on credit quality and the deposit franchise. Guidance raise is credible if fee-based revenue keeps scaling. |
| SAP | SAP SE | Information Technology | Software - Application | 182.9939 | Oct 21 | 7 | 2.09 → 2.12 | 1.67% | 7.68% | 132.57% | 24.68 | 30.69 | 236.93 | 12.37% | 30.99% | 41.71% | 26.71% | -12.27% | 73.5 | Crossed the quarterly revenue milestone and lifted the full-year view on cloud backlog, while a cheaper-model AI strategy supports margin expansion. Growth has reaccelerated, explaining the premium multiple versus ERP peers. |
| RTX | RTX Corporation | Industrials | Aerospace & Defense | 264.2744 | Oct 20 | 8 | 1.78 → 2.26 | 27.03% | 9.74% | 41.01% | 24.93 | 34.48 | 195.84 | 4.76% | -8.34% | 14.19% | 1.58% | -13.15% | 58.6 | Record backlog and missile/aftermarket demand drove a big beat and a second outlook raise; the defense super-cycle is now reflected in estimates, so the risk is execution on Pratt engine remediation and supply chain costs. |
| KO | Coca-Cola Company (The) | Consumer Staples | Beverages - Non-Alcoholic | 394.5811 | Oct 27 | 1 | 0.88 → 0.91 | 3.30% | 1.87% | 23.36% | 26.01 | 27.55 | 91.73 | 5.63% | 4.28% | 17.75% | 10.32% | -3.79% | 61.7 | Outlook raised despite North America demand softness — pricing power and mix carried the quarter, though elevated oil-linked input costs are a margin headwind. Defensive cash-flow compounder trading near a premium to staples peers. |
| VRT | Vertiv Holdings, LLC | Industrials | Electrical Equipment & Parts | 93.529 | Oct 28 | 0 | 1.82 → 2.21 | 21.18% | 27.69% | 168.82% | 26.7 | 54.96 | 242.94 | -2.17% | 6.81% | -20.62% | -14.45% | -35.43% | 71.7 | Organic orders growth above 100% and sales up sharply on AI data-center demand; the raised outlook is a direct read on hyperscaler power and cooling spend. The stock remains hostage to AI-capex sentiment, which has been volatile. |
| ASML | ASML Holding N.V. - New York Re | Information Technology | Semiconductor Equipment & Materials | 743.7328 | Oct 14 | 14 | 10.76 → 11.82 | 9.86% | 15.58% | 26.91% | 27.93 | 56.58 | 1,663 | -9.23% | 0.82% | 19.59% | 0.41% | -16.42% | 93.6 | Third guidance raise this year as AI demand outruns supply, with bookings extending into 2029–2030; export controls on China DUV remain the primary structural risk. Premium multiple rests on multi-year order visibility. |
| GE | GE Aerospace | Industrials | Aerospace & Defense | 312.4412 | Oct 20 | 8 | 2.02 → 2.25 | 11.39% | 18.48% | 32.47% | 33.18 | 35.51 | 301.13 | -5.13% | -15.06% | 6.49% | -7.24% | -21.01% | 88.6 | Raised outlook as engine aftermarket and repairs keep beating, though investors have begun to question how long the services profit engine can compound at this pace. Highest absolute multiple in the list, so expectations are demanding. |
