How it works

From a question to a researchable shortlist.

No filters to learn and no syntax to remember. Describe the idea the way you'd say it out loud, and Relaxfolio does the searching, ranking, and organising for you.

The discovery engine

Every search, the same four moves.

A question narrows a market of thousands into a shortlist — then one candidate opens into the evidence.

Five steps, one question at a time.

  1. 1 Describe the idea. Type a question in plain English — "companies that could benefit from rising data-centre electricity demand", "quality businesses on sale", or just a ticker.
  2. 2 Inspect the candidates. Read the shortlist Relaxfolio returns, grouped by how each company relates to the idea.
  3. 3 Explore related businesses. Follow the suppliers, enablers, and infrastructure names that sit behind the obvious ones.
  4. 4 Review the evidence. Open a candidate to read its fundamentals, chart, ownership activity, and market context.
  5. 5 Investigate the risks. Check what could invalidate the idea before you decide anything. The decision stays with you.

Watch a full session.

A real research session, sped up: the query typed, the results returned, and a candidate opened into its research view.

What it covers — and what it doesn't.

  • Coverage: thousands of US-listed stocks and ETFs.
  • Data: public filings and market data. Market data updates during US trading hours; fundamentals and filings refresh as new data is published.
  • What it doesn't do: Relaxfolio does not tell you what to buy, model your returns, or replace your judgement. It organises opportunities and the evidence around them.
  • The limits of a shortlist: every candidate is a starting point for research, not a conclusion. A result can be wrong, crowded, or already priced in.
  • Your call: the tool supports the research; the decision is yours.
