How to read this screen
Anthropic is a private company, so there is no public market price for its shares and no listed company is required to disclose an exact stake. Every ownership percentage in this screen is an estimate built from SEC filings, court documents, funding-round announcements and press reporting — not an audited holding figure.
Valuation assumption: each position is marked at a user-specified $2.0 trillion Anthropic IPO valuation. Implied stake value = estimated ownership % × $2,000,000,000,000. This is a sizing assumption, not a valuation anyone has placed on the company.
Ranking metric: implied stake value divided by the holder's current market cap. This surfaces which listed stocks carry the most relative Anthropic leverage — a mid-cap holder with a modest percentage can screen far above a mega-cap with a far larger stake. Two structural caveats matter here:
- Percentages above 100% are a signal, not a forecast. They mean the estimated stake alone would exceed the company's entire current market value at this assumption — a hint that either the ownership estimate is too high, the valuation assumption is aggressive, or the market is deeply skeptical the asset is ever monetized.
- Illiquidity is the real risk. These are non-controlling, non-voting positions with no exit until Anthropic lists or is acquired. Minority stakes in private AI labs have historically been marked up in disclosed book value long before any cash is realizable, and an IPO would likely come with lockups and dilution.
The smallest disclosed positions (Salesforce, Zoom, SK Telecom) carry the widest estimation error, because those companies disclosed dollar amounts rather than ownership percentages.
